All ACIP mailing lists are open to the public at large.  Members are encouraged to be on all four lists, but not required.  ACIP itself uses onelist mailing lists as this allows members on the lists to choose how they wish to receive mail from individual lists.  These options are:  Individual EMail, Daily Digest, and Web Only.  Individuals are free to use the lists, but encouraged to use common-sense when doing so.  People who abuse the lists are subject to being set to a moderated status.

ACIP-Announce

This mailing list is used by the members for Out of Character Announcements and other communication.

ACIP-Forum

This mailing list is used by the members for open discussion within the group.

ACIP-Reports

This mailing list is generally used by the GMs to send out and share their SIM Reports with the other GMs in the group.  This is used to help coordinate SIMulation efforts during the course of multi-SIM plots.

ACIP-RolePlay

This mailing list is used by members within the group and guests to send out logs.  Logs of events happening in the Role-Playing channel of ACIP may be sent to this list.
