The ACIP is a full fledged SIM in and of itself which runs over both EMail and IRC.  We are based upon the ideals of mutual respect and cooperation.  Politics are not tolerated.  Ranks are not an issue as ranks do not really exist.  They "exist" as much as the positions do, meaning within the IC Universe only.  Outside of that, we are all human beings playing a game.  People are free to come and go from the group.  We're not going to be for everyone, as some may prefer other groups over us.

We encourage and invite both individuals and SIMulations to "Guest" within ACIP.  Total creative freedom is allowed, with the agreement that while SIMming within our group, Guests will conform and follow what is happening in our universe.  As an example, if we are at peace with the Romulans, they are not going out and blowing up Romulan stations.  Of course, if they did, there would of course be consequences throughout the group, and we'd most likely be at war with them.
