#Civilian-Deck is the Promenade on Home Base Omega. Members from all over ACIP can interact with each other on the #Civlian-Deck of HomeBase Omega through the ACIP holo matrix system that was built in the year 2391.

Home Base Omega is the central hub for ACIP.  Living on Home Base Omega, you will find personnel from all over the galaxy, Ambassadors from each member race, and the personnel who keep ACIP running from day to day.

Members and Guests are free to Role Play within #Civilian-Deck, or any other channels built in conjunction with #Civilian-Deck and Home Base Omega.  Any major events (like blowing up parts of the station) should be reported to the Omega Command Team as Home Base Omega is an EMail SIMulation in addition to hosting this Role Playing channel.

In addition to the IRC channel #Civilian-Deck, people who choose to do so may write logs of events happening in the  channel.  These logs may be sent to either  acip-roleplay@onelist.com or to the Omega Command Team.
